Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton makes NFL history

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has put up impressive numbers all season long and his team was 14-0 entering today’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. Newton ended up making history early on in the game, becoming the first player ever to pass for 30 touchdowns and rush for eight in a single season.

His season has been amazing and the Panthers wouldn’t be nearly the team they are without him. He is truly the heart and soul of their franchise and is just starting to touch his full potential.

Newton has completed 58.8 percent of his passes for 3,402 yards, 33 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
