2016 NFL Draft: Five targets for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

First Round — Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson

Like I said, the Bucs want to focus on defense early on in the Draft and it’s pretty likely that they will take a pass rusher or a piece to help their secondary in the first round. If they want to go the latter option, Alexander will likely be the best option for them at the time.

He has gained a lot of momentum since Desmond King and Tre’Davious White announced their returns to school, so don’t be surprised to not see Alexander last past into the bottom half of the first round. He can play with any receiver in the NFL and there are some good ones in Tampa Bay’s division.
