If the Bucs don’t take a cornerback on Day 1, they MUST take one on Day 2 and Howard is easily one of the best that will be available in the third round. He can certainly come in to provide an immediate impact for this secondary that desperately needs some help.

He led his team in pass deflections with 10 during the 2015 season, which was fifth in the Big 12. If the Bucs want a guy that can help cover some of the speedy slot receivers in the division, Howard is their guy.
