Despite losing to St. Joseph’s earlier this week, the Flyers are, well, flying high. Dayton has won nine of its last ten and is in the thick of the hunt for the Atlantic 10 crown, and that makes tomorrow’s game against St. Bonaventure all the more important.
The Bonnies (17-7, 9-4 A-10) are making a run at the conference crown themselves and trail Dayton by just two games. They’ve already lost to the Flyers once this year, but the fact remains that Dayton could still be shaken up following a loss to St. Joe’s. The odds of Dayton losing to St. Bonaventure on their home court are slim, but don’t rule the Bonnies out so fast. They’ve won five of six and momentum could be on their side.
