4. Tyvis Powell
It’s hard to think of hard-hitting tacklers and not have Powell come to mind. He is quite possibly the hardest hitting defensive back in the entire 2016 NFL Draft, which should be a reason why he will end up being a great player in the league.
He has consistently been one of the better tacklers in the Big Ten, recording 76 and 71 tackles in 2014 and 2015 respectively. He should be able to translate that and his eight interceptions into success in the NFL.
