2. Cleveland Browns: Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State
Even with Robert Griffin III in Cleveland, I just can’t see the Browns passing up on a quarterback at two. Wentz won’t have to start right away, which could be the perfect situation for both him and the Browns.
He can learn Hue Jackson’s system, and get accustomed to the NFL before jumping into the starting role in a year a two. He looks like a much better quarterback than Ravens signal caller Joe Flacco did when he was coming out of a Division I-AA program, making it feasible that Wentz is under center in the future for Cleveland.
