Heisman Trophy 2016: Top five candidates from the SEC

4. Chad Kelly, QB, Ole Miss

It is hard to believe that Kelly is going from being a Clemson dismissee to one of the best quarterbacks in the SEC going into the 2016 season. He took the conference by storm last year, topping it with 4,042 passing yards and 31 touchdowns.

Kelly loses his top receiver in Laquon Treadwell, but he should be able to make plays regardless. He is also a pretty effective runner, picking up 509 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground.
