The Biggest Party of the Summer took to the Barclays Center, but it certainly was an underwhelming night of action. It didn’t seem like the WWE was prepared for SummerSlam and it certainly showed.
The Universal Championship match between Finn Balor and Seth Rollins and the final battle between John Cena and AJ Styles were the two bright spots of the night, but everything else seemed to fall flat. From an unexplained Women’s Championship change to another title match not even happening, there was much to frown upon.
