Video: Oklahoma State laterals twice for 70 yard INT return

The Oklahoma State Cowboys defense delivered a wildly exciting interception return in their game against Kansas. Returned 70 yards for the Cowboys, three players were involved in running the ball back.

It was like when you try to hit turbo but you hit the lateral button instead. After the interception by the Oklahoma State safety, neither of the next two players had any business running the ball back. Big boys like that tend to be generally poor ball carriers.

They’re lucky it didn’t backfire, but since it didn’t, what a play!

Oklahoma State improved to 5-2 in their victory over Kansas today. They won by a final of 44-20 and were totally in control after the half. Kansas falls to 1-6 in what has been a disappointing season for a team that wasn’t expecting much anyway. They still have several teams on their schedule that should handle them easily, including Oklahoma and the Texas Longhorns.
