Stony Brook wide receiver Adrian Coxson put on a show Wednesday at his university’s Pro Day.
With a number of NFL teams in attendance, Coxson was able to record impressive times of 4.28 and 4.33 seconds in the 40-yard dash. The 6-foot, 209 pound pass catcher also recorded a vertical leap of 34 inches, while putting up 225 pounds 15 times on the bench.
According to the Baltimore Sun, the Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills were in attendance for Coxson’s workout.
Last season, Coxson was named third-team All-Colonial Athletic Conference after hauling in 43 passes for 664 yards and six touchdowns.
Coxson also spent time with the Florida Gators and Maryland Terapins during his collegiate career.
Coxson will work out for the Giants, Jets and Ravens later this month.
Whether Coxson’s speed will be enough to convince teams to use a late-round selection on him in the 2015 NFL Draft remains to be seen, but being one of the fastest receivers in this year’s draft class can only help.
