Rucker Park is one of the country’s most famous street basketball courts. Located in the heart of New York City, both court and street basketball players have come all from all over the country to play on the famed court.
The nation’s best high school players will get the chance to play at Rucker Park as part of next week’s adidas Uprising All-American Camp.
College Basketball Talk reported the story and how these young men get this once in a lifetime experience.
Camps can usually be a very boring and repetitive process. The games seem way too organized sometimes and fans don’t usually get the chance to see these players in action. At Rucker Park, things will be different.
The game is set top at 8:30 pm on Wednesday, July 15.
Basketball fans will flock to Rucker Park, hoping to get a sneak peek at some of the players that will be helping their favorite college basketball team in the near future.
I can tell one thing: Expect to see some amazing mixtapes from the game as Rucker Park is famous for having some pretty iconic highlight reels filmed there.
Some of the players attending the camp are Dennis Smith Jr., Kobi Simmons, New York native Rawle Alkins, and Edrice Adebayo.
