Ohio State adds 2014 championship to stadium banner

The Ohio State Buckeyes are probably going to be celebrating their 2014 national championship for a long time. That really isn’t a surprise considering it was the first national championship in the playoff era.

College Spun shared a photo of the Buckeyes adding “2014” on their championship ring in their stadium. It is the eighth championship banner the Buckeyes have added in their stadium.

It is going to be another historic year for the Buckeyes as they will be defending their 2014 national championship they won back in January. With the way their team is loaded with all three of their quarterbacks returning from last season as well as Heisman favorite Ezekiel Elliot.

The Buckeyes open the 2015 season on September 7 when they host Virginia Tech, the last team to beat the Buckeyes.
