We have all been there at some point. You are slightly intoxicated at three in the morning and decide you just want something greasy that will probably give you a heart attack to eat. So what do you do? You wake up your friend to take you to McDonald’s for some good ole cholesterol.
But what if you get there and you find out that they have stopped selling lunch and dinner options and replaced them with breakfast? Well, if you asked me that, I would just get a couple of McGriddles and a hashbrown and be happy.
This customer, however, was not.
BroBible shared a video of a possibly very drunk man who got upset that his favorite fast food restaurant wasn’t selling cheeseburgers anymore. He takes things over the edge and slaps the employee behind the counter.
As someone who has worked in fast food for nearly seven years now, I want to point a few things. 1. The overnight shift SUCKS. 2. You don’t lean over the register like this manager was. It looks like you don’t give a damn about your job or the clearly upset customer you are speaking with. and 3. I commend the manager for not losing his cool and going absolutely apeshit on the customer.
I certainly would not have been able to keep my temper at that point, but he sure did. This isn’t the first time McDonalds has had some trouble with angry drunks.
A video of a woman beating on the drive-thru window of a McDonalds went viral a few years ago. Sadly, the sound had been added into the video and her “going Super Saiyan” was just fake. The surveillance footage sure provided some comedy though.
