Mark Cuban: Deandre Jordan deal was like makeup sex

Los Angeles Clipper Deandre Jordan was essentially a Dallas Maverick this offseason except for signing the actual contract. It was reported that Jordan was unhappy playing with Chris Paul and that is why he decided to accept an offer from the Dallas-based franchise.

BroBible reported some pretty harsh words from Mavericks owner (and billionaire technology mogul) Mark Cuban directed at the Jordan situation. Just days after Jordan had accepted a deal from the Mavericks, he decided that it would benefit him more to stay in Los Angeles.

Basically, Cuban is saying “Yeah, the relationship between Paul and Jordan is good now, but it give a couple months.” I don’t think that is really the case between Jordan and his point guard. I honestly think Cuban sounds bitter about losing Jordan.

To make things worse, the Mavericks cut Kendrick Perkins upon Jordan agreeing to the deal. Yeah, that is certainly counting your chickens before they hatch.

Now, Cuban is just trying to keep them in their shell.
