Oh Twitter. You really do provide some great laughs from time to time. Twitter trolling has been around pretty much ever since the social media monster was first introduced. Apparently, even corporate universities know how to do it.
College Spun shared a Twitter exchange between the official accounts of Penn State and Notre Dame. It involves the name of a Penn State police dog and the famous 1993 movie Rudy, which chronicles the underdog story of an aspiring Notre Dame football player.

Notre Dame responded with a seemingly harmless tweet of their own.
@penn_state @PennStatePolice That's an awesome name for a dog! We prefer the spelling 'Rudy,' though!

Somebody at Penn State took it upon themselves to reply with a terrific argument that has been going ever since the movie came out.
@NotreDame @PennStatePolice Maybe, if the dog was offsides.

The two teams haven’t played each other since 2007. After this, I am sure that it won’t be long before these two teams are back on the field again. Maybe “Rudie” will join the Nittany Lions.
