It looks as though Braxton Miller is really embracing his new role with the Ohio State Buckeyes. Miller is now spending all time at practice with the wide receiver group and he even changed his jersey number. While it won’t make much difference in the matter, there has been questions of who influenced Miller’s position change in July.
According to College Spun, former Buckeyes star and NFL Hall of Famer Cris Carter has been hinting that he is actually the person who told Miller to change positions. Carter actually joked with the situation via Twitter.

Apparently, Miller wasn’t going to shoot down those rumors as he played along and responded to Carter.

I think if Miller is going to take advice about being a wide receiver from anyone, Carter would be his best bet. During Carter’s three seasons with the Buckeyes, he caught 168 passes for 2,725 yards and twenty-seven touchdowns. Not to mention he is forever enshrined in Canton, Ohio.
I think Miller will do just fine for himself.
