The college football bus tour has been making its rounds through the country as they gear up for the start of the 2015 season.
On Tuesday, the crew was in South Bend visiting the Notre Dame Fighting Irish when they decided to stop for a second and have a little fun while paying homage to four of the greatest football players in Notre Dame history.
Rece Davis, Jeannine Edwards, Danny Kanell, and Joey Galloway all did their best impression of the Irish’s Four Horsemen.
The Four Horsemen are the players, Harry Stuhldreher, Don Miller, Jim Crowley, and Elmer Layden, that made Notre Dame a traditional football power under coach Knute Rockne.
What a terrific way to pay respects to the most recognizable names in all of Notre Dame football. Maybe this is the year the Fighting Irish find a new set of names to add to the list.
The Fighting Irish open the season on September 5 when they host the Texas Longhorns.
