Urban Meyer’s daugther wins wakeboarding national title

It seems like winning championships just runs in the Meyer family, doesn’t it? Urban Meyer is a three-time national championship winning coach in football. He won two with the Florida Gators in 2006 and 2008 and one with the Ohio State Buckeyes last season.

His daughter, Gigi, has just won her second national championship in a sport I didn’t even think had a national championship. According to College Spun, Gigi won the WWA Wakeboarding National Championship in the Amateur Women’s 19-24 age group. Her parents were pretty proud of her.

She must a pretty good wakeboarder. In fact, here’s footage of her showing off some pretty sweet moves.

Gigi is a natural-born athlete. On top of being a national champion in the water, she also plays volleyball at Florida Gulf Coast University. She’s one heck of an athlete.

I wonder where she gets her winning attitude from?
