The Ohio State Buckeyes are in the full swing of fall training camp and their players better be ready to answer some questions. Of course, Cardale Jones, JT Barrett, Braxton Miller, and Ezekiel Elliot will be getting hounded by media all season long, but what about the defense?
Linebacker Darron Lee is the leader of the defense for the Buckeyes, so he is sure to get talked to a lot this season. He was certainly confused when one reporter asked him if he favored Barrett over Jones for the starting quarterback position. Little did he know, the question was a prank and Jones was actually standing behind Lee as he blew off the question.
Even the reporters know how to troll pretty well. That was apparent in the video shared by College Spun.
That was a slick answer and an even better team effort by the rest of the reporters not to give up the punchline. It’s nice to see that the two essential leaders of each side of the ball have a good relationship.
They are certainly going to need that in the defense of their National Championship. They open the season on the road against the Virginia Tech Hokies.
