Video: Cal chants ‘Bear Territory’ to prep for Grambling St.

Sonny Dykes is heading into his third year with the Cal Golden Bears and he has been helping the team improve each and every year. In his first year, the team went 1-11. The team turned things around in 2014, but barely missed a bowl by going 5-7. The Golden Bears are ready to get back into football prominence and it all starts on Saturday.

SB Nation shared a video of the Bears in California Memorial Stadium as they were getting pumped for their first game of the season. The team hosts Grambling State on September 5 and they wanted the whole college football world to know that they are here to play.

That is pretty damn intimidating if you ask me.

The Golden Bears should be able to at least shoot for a bowl game, which would be their first since the 2011 season when they lost the Holiday Bowl. The offense is led by Jared Goff, who has been rapidly gaining favor in the eyes of NFL scouts. Could this finally be a breakout year for the Golden Bears?

They sure do hope so.
