The college football season is underway and many fans have been wondering who will be leading the defending national champions for their defense of the title.
Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer said that fans wouldn’t find out who is starting until Monday night’s game.
Quarterbacks Cardale Jones and JT Barrett, however, will find out earlier.
The two quarterbacks will find out who is starting Saturday afternoon. This is a good thing for them as it gives them plenty of time to prepare for the opening game at Virginia Tech on Labor Day.
Meyer said he wasn't sure both would play vs VT but would play this season. Meyer will tell QBs on Saturday who'll start.

With Barrett being voted team captain earlier this week and Jones struggling with a migraine, there is reason to believe that Barrett will be taking snaps at least for Monday night’s game.
The Buckeyes square off with the Hokies in Blacksburg on Monday at 8 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN.
