After a wild opening weekend of college football, I think it is safe to say that the biggest game of the week has yet to come.
The defending national champions and the number one team in the country, Ohio State, takes on Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia on Monday night and pretty much everyone agrees on who is going to come away with the win. Pretty much everyone.
Early Sunday morning, ESPN college football analyst Mark May made his pick for the game on Labor Day and he it was a rather surprising pick for the underdogs. College Spun had the video of May going off on a tangent on why he thinks the Hokies will walk away with the win.
WOW. Just now on CFB Sunday, Mark May gives his Ohio State-Virginia Tech prediction:
Virginia Tech 27. Ohio State 21.

Virginia Tech IS the last team to beat Ohio State, but the Buckeyes are motivated and don’t want their national championship defense to start off on the wrong foot. It’s very hard to believe that the Buckeyes are going to fall in this game, but anything CAN happen.
The game can be seen on ESPN at 8 p.m. Monday night.
