Florida fans, you can now rest easy. Your best defensive player is back at practice and he should be on the field this Saturday. After missing last week’s game against East Carolina with a leg injury suffered in practice, star defensive back Vernon Hargreaves III has returned to practice in Gainesville.
College Spun shared a picture of Hargreaves III warming up with his teammates on the field on Tuesday. I bet everyone associated with the Gators are jumping for joy to see him back with the team.

Now, the Gators have yet to confirm if Hargreaves will be actually playing against Kentucky Saturday, but seeing him at practice on a Tuesday is certainly a good sign that he will be.
The Gators better hope he is able to play, because Kentucky quarterback Patrick Towles and the rest of the Wildcats are looking pretty hot right now. The Gators play in Lexington on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and the game will be on SEC Network.
