Meyer on Miller throwing: ‘You think I’m going to tell you that?’

Braxton Miller hasn’t thrown a pass in game since the 2013 season. He was going to throw a lot of passes last year before a shoulder injury took him out before the season even got started.

Miller is back at full health now, but he is playing a different position. Despite him being at wide receiver now, people know he can still throw and they want to see him to do so.

According to College Spun, one reporter asked head coach Urban Meyer if Miller will be throwing any passes this season. Meyer’s initial response was pretty freaking great.

That was pretty Urban-esque. Of course, Meyer was only joking with the reporter. He continued with a response that gives many fans indication that Miller could be throwing this year.

“I’m just kidding. He can throw. We’re still very cautious, because that’d be a bad thing right now to hurt himself. But he potentially could throw.”

It may not come this week, but we sure hope it comes at some point this year. The Buckeyes host Northern Illinois on Saturday.
