The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets were in the middle of a defensive struggle as they went into halftime. The Irish led 16-7, but head coach Brian Kelly knew that they needed to play harder if they wanted to finish the game with a win.
The official Notre Dame Twitter account released a cool video of Kelly giving a good halftime speech to his team. He wanted the Irish to go out and play with “no regrets” and to finish strong.
Coach Kelly's halftime speech inspired our team to come out strong in the 2nd.

The Irish sure did come out and finish strong. The team scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter as they held off the Yellow Jackets to move on to a 30-22 victory.
Let’s hope that they continue to take Kelly’s words to heart as the season continues to heat up.
