Miami changing font on new adidas jerseys

The Miami Hurricanes have been getting loads of complaints about the strange font on their jerseys this season. The athletic department has heard the complaints and they have decided to do something about it.

According to College Spun, the Hurricanes will be changing the font on their new adidas jerseys. The font before was a strange, new-age type of font and they will now be changing to a “traditional block font.”

After further review we have decided to change the nameplate font on all @CanesFootball jerseys to a traditional block letter font.

This is what the font looked like so far this year:

The new jerseys seem to be going back to an older font that looks much more appealing. This is more than likely what the new jerseys will look like:

I’d say that was a pretty smart move. What do you think Miami fans? Did you like the strange font or are you happy about the change back to a traditional one?
