Wayne Selden Jr. unveils Kansas’ Big 12 title rings

The Kansas Jayhawks won their 11th Big 12 regular season championship under coach Bill Self last season, and the team recently received their rings.

One man in particular is very happy with the rings, and that is junior guard Wayne Selden Jr. Selden took to Instagram and posted a picture of the ring.

Selden averaged 9.4 points per game last season, shooting 38 percent from the field and 36.5 percent from three-point range. Kansas went 27-9 (13-15 Big 12) last season and made the NCAA Tournament as a No. 2 seed, but lost to No. 7 Wichita State in the Round of 32.

With the Jayhawks set to open the season against the Big Sky’s Northern Colorado Bears on November 13, look for Kansas to continue making noise and contending for a title in the 2015-16 season!
