The Iowa Hawkeyes had a phenomenal season as they went 12-0 and got to the Big Ten Championship game. However, they didn’t get the job done against Michigan State and they then fell to the Stanford Cardinal in the Rose Bowl, 45-16.
One of the Hawkeyes’ biggest critics this season has been FOX Sports’ Colin Cowherd, who has said that they didn’t deserve to be getting the praise they were due to their scheduling. On his radio show Monday, he had a big “I told you so” moment as he went off on the Iowa fans.
.@ColinCowherd was right all season long. Iowa was a fraud & the fake ID of college football. #HerdHerehttps://t.co/dqbsv0NH6e

I’m sure many of the fans in Iowa City won’t be happy with what Cowherd had to say. Despite that, you have to believe that Cowherd’s criticism of the Hawkeyes was pretty legitimate after what happened in Pasadena last Friday.
