The Buffaloes finished 4-9 in 2015, but they certainly seemed to be improving as five of the nine losses came by an average of just 5.6 points, including a three-point loss to the PAC-12 South Champions, USC. Webb could certainly help them make the next step they need to compete once again.
In 23 career appearances with the Red Raiders, Webb threw for 5,557 yards, 46 touchdowns, and 22 interceptions. However, he only threw for 300 yards and two scores in five games in 2015.
