North Texas WR Darvin Kidsy arrested in alleged hit-and-run incident

New North Texas head coach Seth Littrell has only been on the job for about a month and it looks like his is already dealing with an off-field incident. That incident may cause him to lose one of their best special teams players.

According to the Denton Record-Chronicle, wide receiver Darvin Kidsy was arrested for his involvement in an alleged hit-and-run incident. He turned himself into police Friday night.

The newspaper reported that “leaving the scene of an accident can be deemed a felony offense under Texas law.”

During the 2015 season, Kidsy was second on the team in receiving touchdowns with two and caught 17 passes for 240 yards. He also averaged just over 10 yards a return on punts and had a 100-yard kickoff return touchdown.
