Oregon OL Tyler Johnstone jokingly reminds Panthers of blown lead in Alamo Bowl

The Carolina Panthers are dominating the Seattle Seahawks 31-7 in the third quarter of the NFC Divisional Round game. The team was up 31-0 at the half and one college player told the Panthers not to get too comfortable with their lead.

That player was Oregon offensive lineman Tyler Johnstone. If there’s anyone who knows about blown leads, it’s the Ducks, who allowed the TCU Horned Frogs to come all the way back from 31-0 to win the Alamo Bowl earlier this month.

Johnstone jokingly reminded the Panthers of their loss after it was reported that no team had overcome a 31-point deficit in the Divisional Round.

Dear Panthers,
Beware the 31-0 halftime lead.
It'll get ya…

It’s nice to see that the former Duck can joke about his team’s loss in the game.
