Former Louisville LB Keith Brown joins WKU as graduate transfer

The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers had their best season in program history in 2015 after going 12-2, winning the Conference USA championship and the Miami Beach Bowl. They are looking to repeat that big feat in 2016 and they have just gotten some big help on the defensive side of the ball.

Former Louisville linebacker Keith Brown announced that he had been released from his scholarship just a few weeks ago and he has finally made his decision on where he will play. After he earns his degree this semester, he will transfer to play for Jeff Brohm’s club in Bowling Green.

Brown will be a huge addition for the Hilltoppers after a successful 2015 season with the Cardinals. He appeared in all 13 games and recorded 33 tackles, good enough for tenth on the team.
