When you see statues go up on college campuses, they are usually of legendary coaches or trophy-winning athletes. That may be the case for the Oregon Ducks, but they now have a statue that students will actually want to take pictures with.
The Ducks have never been the most of conventional of teams, so having a statue of their mascot, Puddles, is probably not surprising. That is what they revealed on Saturday and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Even Puddles was pretty excited to see his statue.
So what's the protocol when you get a statue made after you, @TheOregonDuck? pic.twitter.com/kG5VhixILv
