In 12 seasons with the Utah Utes, head coach Kyle Whittingham has been one of the coaches in the country. He has led the Utes to ten bowl appearances, a 9-1 record, and a conference championship.
He was already guaranteed to be with the Utes through the 2018 season, but on Friday, the team announced that Whittingham had signed a two-year extension through the 202 season.
Kyle Whittingham is getting a new contract extension w/ #Utah thru 2020 that'll pay him $3.3 million per year. He's 9-1 in bowl games.

Whittingham has spent all 12 years of his head coaching career with the Utes and it certainly looks like he will be leading the team to much more success over the next few seasons.
