The Tennessee Titans went 3-13 in 2015 and they certainly look like a team that is firmly in the rebuilding process. With a great quarterback like Marcus Mariota at the helm, a few good pieces could be all the team needs to begin competing in the AFC South, arguably the weakest division in the NFL of the last few years.
There is pretty much no questioning what Mike Mularkey’s team will do with the number one overall pick, but they have a handful of other high picks they can use this year. So, what should they do?
