Right around this time of year, NFL teams begin looking at pieces that could help them for the upcoming season. Most of the time, these pieces are either free agents in the league or prospects looking to begin their careers in the NFL.
For some time, the Canadian Football League has served as a backup plan for many football players that just don’t make it in the NFL. However, it seems that the CFL is possibly helping one player achieve his dream in the league.
According to Pro Football Talk, Toronto Argonauts defensive end Tristan Okpalaugo has been garnering interest from multiple NFL teams. He has been a big time player in the CFL the last few years, recording 23 sacks over the last two seasons.
He has already met with the Arizona Cardinals, who are desperate for some pass rushing help this offseason. Earlier this week. it was reported that he had also met with the Seattle Seahawks as well.
Tristan Okpalaugo (DE/OLB Toronto Argonauts) had a great visit w/the Seahawks who also want him & we'll now be heading to Arizona Cardinals.

It certainly looks like this 26-year-old defensive end from Fresno State could be finding a home in the NFL very soon.
