There are certainly some pretty awesome ways to work out and college football players know just about all of them. For the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, they know how to have a friendly competition while showing off their brute strength.
Tug of War has always been a great way to show off your strength while having fun, but the Fighting Irish are doing it in a much different way. They shared a video of players fighting over a tire and it got pretty intense as you would imagine.

Having this one-on-one competition is a good way to settle any kind of beef players may have with each other. It also makes for a pretty intense video.
Notre Dame is looking to improve off of their ten-win season from 2015 and they seem to be ready to do just that.
