Over the last few years former NFL head coach and current ESPN NFL analyst Jon Gruden has hosted a quarterback camp segment on ESPN where he brings in a number of NFL Draft hopefuls to grill them on what they should expect in the course of their careers.
The segment will be returning to ESPN for seventh straight season and it’s going to be fun to see some of the names he already has lined up. According to ESPN Front Row, seven quarterback prospects will join Gruden on show over the next five weeks.
The quarterbacks that will join the show are projected top-ten selections Jared Goff and Carson Wentz along with Paxton Lynch, Connor Cook, Christian Hackenberg, Cardale Jones, and Dak Prescott. These should all make for pretty entertaining interviews.
Over the last six years, 43 quarterbacks have appeared on the show with Gruden. Of those 43, 10 are currently starting in the NFL, including 2015 MVP Cam Newton and Super Bowl XLVIII champion Russell Wilson.
The shows are scheduled to begin airing across the ESPN Family of Networks on April 12 and run up until the Draft, which begins on April 28. In addition to the television airings, all past episodes will be available on ESPN Classic Video on Demand beginning the first week of April.
