Report: Will Fuller expected to be picked in the low 20s

|

There is no doubt about Laquon Treadwell being the best wide receivers in the NFL Draft this year, but there seems to be a lot of buzz about a few other players coming out right now. One of those wide receivers in Will Fuller.

Fuller might not have the best hands in the world as he had 21 drops over his three-year career at Notre Dame, but he showed that he has some serious skill at the NFL Combine this past week.

There weren’t a whole lot of speedy receivers at the Combine this year, but Fuller took full advantage of that. He ran the fastest among any receivers, nailing down a 4.34 time in the 40-yard dash.

This seems to have helped him a lot as NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah released his third Mock Draft on Tuesday. He had Fuller going number 22 to the Houston Texans and said he expects Fuller’s latest buzz to help him get picked in the low 20s.

This could be a huge coup for the Texans when you think about it. They already have arguably the best receiver in the AFC in DeAndre Hopkins, so adding on Fuller would give their future quarterback, who would likely be picked up in this same Draft, a couple of big weapons to play with.
