The 2015-16 college basketball season has wrapped up and the conference tournaments are in full force. Many conferences will start revealing their postseason awards and on Tuesday, the SEC revealed their All-Conference teams led by LSU freshman sensation Ben Simmons.
The SEC revealed their postseason awards and it comes as no surprise that the Freshman of the Year was Ben Simmons, who has been one of the best players in the country and a likely lottery pick in the 2016 NBA Draft if he declares.
Simmons was joined by Kentucky’s Tyler Ulis, who won the SEC Defensive Player of the Year and overall Player of the Year, and South Carolina’s Duane Notice, who was named the SEC Sixth Man of the Year.
