5-star WR Demetris Robertson signs aid agreements with Cal, Georgia Tech

Demetris Robertson is the most prized possession remaining in the Class of 2016. The five-star wide receiver has been mulling his decision, but it appears as though the race for his services is nearing its end.

According to reports from Rivals.com and the Atlanta Journal-ConstitutionRobertson has signed his aid agreement players with Cal and Georgia Tech.

With the aid agreements signed, Robertson has a spot guaranteed on the roster at Cal or Georgia Tech. However, it does not mean he is forced to enroll with either of those two teams.

That is where things get complicated.

Robertson has also long considered the Stanford Cardinal his preferred destination if he is eligible, while the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Georgia Bulldogs are also still in the mix. In fact, Robertson is visiting Georgia later this month.

So while Robertson is closer to making his decision, there are still a handful of ways it could go.
