Former Mississippi State Bulldog Dak Prescott looks to begin workouts to show off his skills ahead of the 2016 NFL Draft

Dak Prescott to have workouts with Cardinals, Cowboys

Former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott is one of the most impressive players in the 2016 NFL Draft. He holds just about every record the Bulldogs have ever put up and he seems poised to get his NFL career going very soon.

He is easily the most athletic quarterback in this year’s draft class and many believe he could come in and be an impact player almost immediately. According to NFL.com’s Chase Goodbread, Dak Prescott has already set up private workouts with the Arizona Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys ahead of the Draft.

“The Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals have arranged for Prescott to visit their facilities in April, while the Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys have scheduled private workouts for the end of March (Prescott is one of five quarterbacks that NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt identified as being good fits as developmental prospects for the Cowboys).”

Prescott reportedly spoke with multiple teams at the Combine a few weeks ago. It certainly looks like there are a lot of teams looking to bring him on in April.
