Pitt coach Jamie Dixon schools reporter over misinformed question

If you ever have a question for Pittsburgh Panthers head coach Jamie Dixon, you better make sure you did your research beforehand or he will leave you looking silly holding the mic.

That was proven on Thursday following Pitt’s loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels.

After the game, Dixon was asked about his “lack of come-from-behind wins” and what that meant about his team’s style of play or their mentality.

Well, Dixon’s response was nothing short of extraordinary as he quickly reminded the poor reporter that the Panthers were able to come from behind to beat Syracuse just a day ago. Dixon’s response left a lot of people — other than the reporter who asked the question — chuckling.

Brilliant response, Coach Dixon. Thanks for the laugh.
