Kansas most popular pick in ESPN Tournament Challenge

The NCAA Tournament officially tips off later tonight and fans everywhere have been going crazy filling out tons of brackets in hopes to win their office pool or beat out thousands of others to win the multiple online challenges. It shouldn’t come as a surprise, but the Kansas Jayhawks are the most popular pick in the ESPN Tournament Challenge.

The Jayhawks enter the tournament as the Big 12 regular season and tournament champions. They are also the number one overall seed in the tournament, so it’s not a shock to see them being picked by nearly a quarter of the 50 million people entered in this year’s challenge.

Kansas is looking for their first NCAA championship since 2008 and they certainly have the talent to go all the way. There is no telling what could happen once the Jayhawks take floor, but, for now, they are certainly looking like the most popular pick.

Kansas opens their tournament run on Thursday, March 17 against Austin Peay at 4 p.m. EST on TNT.
