No matter what many may think of him, Barry Bonds is the greatest home run hitter in the history of the MLB. He holds the record for most home runs hit in a career with 762 and because of that, he was hired by the Miami Marlins to be their hitting coach.
The Marlins have arguably one of the best hitters in the league in Giancarlo Stanton, so Bonds decided to have a little fun with him. Bonds challenged the Marlins, including Stanton, to a home run contest.
Unfortunately, there is no video of the contest, but Craig Mish of the Sirius XM Fantasy radio show reported that Bonds beat Stanton and the Marlins in the contest.
Barry Bonds just beat the Marlins players on a back field HR BP contest. Including Stanton.

There won't be video. I caught the end. Fumbled on the way to periscope. Fail.

The Marlins are looking to compete in the NL East this year and Bonds could be a big reason why they have success this year. I think if there is anyone you should take hitting advice from, it’s certainly Barry Bonds.
