Tight ends in the NFL have changed over the last decade or so and that has caused a change at the position in the college ranks as well. The tight end in the NFL Draft this year have shown they can play in whatever capacity NFL teams need them to.
A few of the top players will be traditional blockers that occasionally go out for passes, while others could be the next Rob Gronkowski. They don’t rack up a ton of yards, but any one of these players could be threats in the redzone.
