Duke receives new gear ahead of Sweet 16

The Duke Blue Devils held off the Yale Bulldogs to get to the Sweet 16 for the second straight year and the sixth time since 2009. They now face off with the Oregon Ducks as they look to continue their run to become the first team to win back-to-back national championships since the Florida Gators in 2006 and 2007.

They arrived in Anaheim on Tuesday and seemed to have a pretty good day of practice, going out to Morton’s Steakhouse, and, of course, getting new gear from Nike. Overall, it seemed like a pretty successful day as the Blue Devils are trying to get back to the Elite Eight.

Maybe this new gear is all Duke needed to come out Thursday night and pull off the upset over the Ducks. One thing they will certainly need to do is keep Oregon from working their way back in the game if they get a big lead, much like the Bulldogs did last weekend.

The Blue Devils take on the Ducks on Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on TBS.
