Jaromir Jagr takes picture with ‘The Traveling Jagrs’

Florida Panther Jaromir Jagr is one of the most exciting names in the NHL today. However, he isn’t one to stick with one team very long as the Panthers are his eighth NHL team in his 26-year career.

Saturday night, he helped the Panthers to their 44th win of the season, a new franchise record, with a 3-0 victory over the Montreal Canadiens. After the game, Jagr got the chance to meet up with “The Traveling Jagrs,” a group of fans who wear mullet wigs and a jersey of each team, including two international teams, he has played on in his career.

Jaromir Jagr seemed pretty excited to meet the group and signed all of their jerseys for them. It was a pretty cool gesture for him to do and I am sure they will never forget the experience.

Jagr has been on fire for the Panthers this year and I think “The Traveling Jagrs” were just as excited, if not more than, as the Panther fan base has been all year long.

With him just turning 44 years old, Jagr’s career is likely coming to an end soon. However, you can’t help but to hope that the group will get the chance to induct an 11th member to the team before he hangs up his skates.
