The Cleveland Browns have the second-overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and Carson Wentz or Jared Goff are widely viewed as the favorites to be the pick. However, it looks like they could be looking to accumulate more picks first by trading down instead.
According to NFL.com draft analyst Lance Zierlein, there is reason to believe that the Browns could be looking trade their second pick away to add on more draft picks. This would lead to them taking a quarterback in the top of the second round.
There is more & more smoke around Cleveland being willing to deal 2nd pick and draft QB in 2nd round. Something big will happen inside top 5

If this was to happen, the Cleveland Browns would likely become a candidate to take Michigan State quarterback Connor Cook with the first pick of the second round. It will likely cost a pretty penny to convince the Browns to move down from the No. 2 spot.
What do you think, fans? Should the Browns consider adding on more picks to give up their top-five pick in just two weeks?
