Video: Villanova recreated Kris Jenkins’ championship-winning shot

|

The Villanova Wildcats won the 2016 NCAA Tournament to claim the national championship over the North Carolina Tar Heels earlier this month. Villanova clinched the title thanks to a miracle shot from Kris Jenkins.

With some time to digest the entire situation, ESPN thought it would be fun to re-create the magical moment.

Jenkins and his teammates recreated the shot a whopping 11 times. Unsurprisingly, Jenkins’ confidence seems to be carrying over and he was able to knock down seven of the attempts.

After seeing the video, it’s safe to say that Jenkins’ shot was no fluke.

It will go down as one of the most clutch shots in sports history and it is something that college basketball fans won’t be forgetting anytime soon, especially if you’re a fan of the Wildcats.
